Built by people who've actually done it.
We've spent nearly two decades building, ranking, and selling on our own e-commerce sites. Tens of millions in revenue, every line of SEO done in-house. GeoLinks is the same playbook — offered to other businesses for the first time.
Operators first. Agency second.
GeoLinks isn't a freshly-built agency that read a few SEO blog posts and decided to charge for advice. The founders have been in the trenches for nearly 20 years. We've built our own e-commerce platforms from the ground up. We've designed, coded, launched, and ranked our own websites — multiple times, across multiple niches — and generated tens of millions of dollars in online sales over the last 15 years doing it.
Every part of the SEO and content optimisation system has been done in-house. Keyword strategy, technical SEO, content writing, link building, on-page optimisation, conversion-rate work, schema markup, AI search visibility — we've built and run all of it for ourselves. We didn't outsource it to an agency and we didn't read about it on someone else's blog. We did it, watched the rankings move, watched the revenue follow, and refined the playbook over thousands of pages and hundreds of campaigns.
A few months ago we made a decision: take the same systems we've been perfecting on our own sites and offer them to other business owners. That's GeoLinks. Same content frameworks, same link strategies, same AI-citation tactics, same delivery standards we use on our own sites — now available to companies that want their websites to rank, get cited by AI, and convert visitors into revenue.
The most valuable kind of SEO experience is the one most agencies can't claim: actually doing it on your own websites, with your own money on the line, year after year, watching the revenue clear seven figures.
That's the experience we're now offering to clients.
We work with e-commerce brands, bricks-and-mortar businesses, service providers, affiliate operators, and anyone whose business depends on people finding them through search — whether that means classical Google rankings, citations on ChatGPT and Perplexity, or local visibility for a physical shop. The mechanics differ, the underlying discipline doesn't.
SEO didn't die. It got harder, and it grew two new layers.
What used to be one job — rank on Google — is now three. Traditional search is still there, but a generation of users now asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, or Google AI Overviews instead of typing a query and clicking a blue link. Brands that adapt get cited. Brands that don't get skipped.
Traditional SEO (2005–2022)
Rank on Google. Backlinks + on-page + technical health.
Get to page one for the queries customers were typing. Backlinks were the dominant signal because Google's index ran on link graphs. The job was clear: build authority, optimise pages, watch positions. We ran our own retail sites this way for over 15 years. We stayed on page one through every major core update by reading the signal in the noise and adapting before competitors did.
AEO and the rise of answers (2023–2024)
Search shifted from links to answers. Snippets, knowledge panels, voice.
Google started lifting answers directly out of pages instead of just linking to them. AEO — Answer Engine Optimisation — became the practice of structuring content so engines could quote it. FAQ schema, How-to schema, the F-S-A pattern (Fact → Source → Analysis), 15-word answer leads. Rankings still mattered, but being the page that got quoted became the bigger prize.
GEO and AI search (2025–2026)
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, AI Overviews now stand between user and website.
Generative Engine Optimisation — getting cited by AI assistants in their answers. AI search engines pull from a small handful of sources they trust. If your brand isn't in that handful, your competitors are taking the traffic. The signals are different: backlinks still count, but they count as entity authority rather than rank fuel. EDU placements, press mentions, structured data, named-author bylines, topical cluster coherence — these decide who AI quotes.
March 2026 Core Update
Information Gain, verifiable authorship, topical coherence, anti-theatre.
The current governing framework on every site we touch. Six hard gates: original information not in any top-10 page, owned numbers, first-hand anecdote, verifiable named authors with external credentials, topical cluster coherence, and no E-E-A-T theatre (no stock-photo author cards, no generic trust badges). Pages that pass these gates get cited. Pages that don't, don't.
A modern SEO programme has to do all four jobs at once.
Rank on Google. Get quoted by AEO surfaces. Be cited by AI assistants. Pass the March 2026 gates. Most agencies pick one or two and call it a strategy. We run the full stack — because that's how we run our own sites.
Operator-grade systems. Now available to you.
Content built to be cited, not just indexed
Long-form, F-S-A-structured articles with FAQ schema, topical clusters, and citable lead sentences. Built around the queries your customers actually type and the questions AI assistants actually answer.
Links that earn AI trust, not just Google authority
Guest posts on real, traffic-vetted sites. Niche edits into already-ranking pages. EDU placements. Press distribution. Each link chosen for what it tells AI models about your brand — not just what it tells Google.
Entity signals across every AI surface
We track citation appearances across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews. The delivery report shows the before-and-after across every platform — not a list of links you have to verify yourself.
Bricks-and-mortar to enterprise e-commerce
We work with single-location shops driving local search visibility, e-commerce brands rebuilding category authority, service providers chasing AI citations, and affiliate operators farming long-tail clusters. Same discipline, calibrated to the business.
No-nonsense. Operator-built.
Transparent pricing
Every price is on the website. No hidden fees, no enquiry forms to see costs, no bait-and-switch.
12-month guarantee
Every link is guaranteed for 12 months. If it gets removed, we replace it at no cost.
Quality over volume
We vet every placement for real traffic, niche relevance, and editorial standards. No link farms.
UK-based team
Based in the UK, serving UK and international businesses. Real people, not a faceless marketplace.
