The clause covers what we deliver, not what AI tools decide to say, which nobody controls.

What we count

What each number on this page means.

Product data fix
A correction to your product feed, Google Merchant Center listing, barcode, reviews or product schema (the hidden code that tells AI what a product is and what it costs).
Buying-guide page
A page on your site that answers a shopper question, such as "which wooden greenhouse should I buy?", with real comparisons and your approval before it goes live.
Mention
Your shop or product named on a website ChatGPT already reads, such as a "best garden furniture 2026" round-up. We show you the live link.
Shopper question
A question a customer types into AI, such as "best wooden greenhouse UK". We check the same 100 every month in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot.
Monthly report
Which of the 100 answers name you, which name competitors, and the visits and orders AI tools sent, taken from your Google Analytics and Shopify.

Terms

VAT, payment, notice and replacements.

This is the short version. Your signed proposal confirms the details, and the full wording is in our terms of service.

VAT
All prices are in pounds sterling and exclude VAT.
Payment
The AI Fix List is paid upfront. Done For You is invoiced monthly. The audit fee comes off your first month if you sign within 30 days.
Minimum term
Done For You runs for at least six months. Founding clients can leave at the end of month three if we miss any of the three delivery dates: product data by week 4, first pages and mentions by week 6, and the before and after report at month 3.
After six months
You can stop with the notice period in your signed agreement.
Refunds
The audit is refunded in full if we have not started. Once work starts, refunds reflect the work done and any costs already committed.
Lost mentions
If a website removes a paid mention within twelve months, we replace it with a similar one. Not covered: mentions you ask us to remove, or losses caused by your own site going offline or being penalised. Full replacement rules.
For agencies

Sell AI visibility under your own brand.

Per client, each month: two buying-guide pages, four mentions on websites AI reads, 50 shopper questions checked and a report under your brand. You keep the client and the margin.

Which should I choose?

Most shops should go straight to Done For You, because the work starts in week one. Choose the £1,250 AI Fix List if you want to see the problem before you commit. Agencies should look at white-label.

Does the audit fee come off the monthly price?

Yes. The full £1,250 comes off your first Done For You month if you sign within 30 days of the audit call.

What is a founding client?

The first three shops get Done For You for £6,000 a month instead of £8,000, on a six-month term. In return we publish a named case study. Founding clients can leave at month three if we miss any of the three delivery dates. Places close on 15 January 2027.

Do I have to use GeoLinks after the audit?

No. The audit and the 90-day plan are yours. Use them in-house, hand them to another agency or ask us to do the work.

Why is there a six-month minimum?

Product data, new pages and mentions take time to show up in AI answers. Six months gives the work enough time to show in your monthly report. Founding clients can still leave at month three if we miss the delivery dates.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend our products?

No. Nobody controls what AI tools say, and anyone who promises it is guessing. We guarantee the work: the counts on this page, delivered on the dates shown, with links you can check.

What happens if a mention is taken down?

If a website removes a paid mention within twelve months, we replace it with a similar one at no cost. The full rules are on our mention replacement page.

What does white-label cost for agencies?

£2,500 a month per client, with a £5,000 monthly minimum. New agencies can start with a paid one-client pilot over three months.
