Straight answers
What is GEO?
GEO stands for generative engine optimisation. It means getting your shop named when people ask AI tools such as ChatGPT what to buy, in the same way SEO means getting found on Google.
Do links from other websites still matter for AI?
Yes, but which websites matter more than how many. AI tools lean on the round-ups and reviews they already read, so a mention on one of those is worth more than dozens of random links.
How do I know if ChatGPT is recommending my shop?

Which should I start with?

How long until I see results?
Your product data is fixed by week 4 and your first pages and mentions are live by week 6. At month 3 you get a before and after report on 100 shopper questions. AI answers can take longer than that to change, which is why the minimum term is six months.
